We’ve redesigned the HelpDesk to improve navigation and user experience. Now includes:

3. New and improved search on stape.io

Quickly find the right resource with our improved search experience.  All articles are now structured into clear categories for easier navigation.

4. Stape registration via Google and Facebook 

You can now sign up using your Google or Facebook account.  This makes onboarding faster and eliminates the need to manage extra passwords.

5. Multiple Meta CAPIG/Signals Gateways per admin email 

Admins can now create multiple Meta CAPI Gateways or Signals Gateways using the same email.  This makes it easier to manage projects across clients, brands, or regions.

6. Meta CAPIG/Signals Gateway with multiple pixels 

You can now add multiple Meta or Signals pixels to a single Gateway when using the direct Meta flow.  This simplifies setup for multi-brand advertisers or those managing several ad accounts.
