AI Traffic Detection

Detect AI-driven traffic with Stape’s AI Traffic Detection power-up. Use this data in your existing analytics setup to measure AI traffic, conversions, and emerging acquisition trends.

AI Traffic Detection is available on Stape Pro plans and higher. You can find it in the Power-Ups tab in your Stape account.

When the power-up detects a visit from AI, it adds a separate header to the incoming request. You can then use this data in your existing server-side tracking setup and forward it to GA4, your data warehouse, BI platform, or other analytics tools.

• Get better visibility into AI traffic. Identify visits coming from AI platforms at the server level to understand how much traffic AI platforms generate.
• Add AI to your acquisition reporting. Send data on AI to GA4 and other analytics tools and compare AI traffic with organic search, paid, social, referral, and direct channels.
• Build more flexible AI reporting. Forward the detected source to your data warehouse or BI platform, create custom reports, segments, and attribution models that fit your business.
• Start building historical benchmarks. Collect AI traffic data before it becomes a major channel, and track how AI-driven visits grow and change over time.

Activate AI Traffic Detection power-up and start building a clearer picture of how AI platforms contribute to your website performance!
