Phase one: setting up the server-side tracking infrastructure (server EU hosting, played a crucial role in ensuring fast and reliable data processing while adhering to strict data privacy regulations in Europe), with a Custom Loader. Custom Loader enhances the functionality of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 by altering the loading paths of gtag.js and gtm.js scripts. This modification helps these scripts bypass ad blockers and Intelligent Tracking Prevention (ITPs), ensuring more reliable data collection. This setup enabled ApriL Parfumerie to manage their tracking events independently via a simple dashboard, reducing reliance on external support and simplifying their workflow.
  2. Phase two: integrating Google Analytics 4 events and the Meta Conversions API. These additions enhanced tracking and reporting capabilities, allowing the brand to effectively measure key metrics and improve data-driven decision-making.
