The Stape Chrome extension was updated with new features that make debugging for web and server GTM setups easier.
The feature will be especially helpful if your container contains a lot of tags/variables and you want to concentrate only on specific ones. Stape Chrome extension allows you to filter certain tags for easier debugging.
This feature is supported in both web and server GTM containers in Preview modes.
You can view the Request URL data in JSON format and copy it using the corresponding buttons.
Besides easier-to-read JSON formatting, the button "Copy" was added in the Request Body section.
In the server GTM, the extension displays the consent type along with its status (granted or denied).
Tags are colored with the primary color of their logos. Additionally, tags with failed status or requests with a status of 4xx or 5xx are easier to notice.
