ContactOut Lookup variable
The ContactOut Lookup variable by Stape lets you retrieve and enrich contact information directly in your Google Tag Manager server container using the ContactOut API. It can look up contact details, enrich user profiles, and verify email addresses without requiring the lookup logic to run in the browser.
The variable supports Contact Info - Single, People Enrich, and Email Verifier API endpoints. You can provide identifiers such as LinkedIn profiles, email addresses, phone numbers, names, company details, or domains, depending on the selected API. Built-in caching helps reduce repeated API requests and ContactOut credit usage, while flexible output options let you return the complete response, extract specific values, or create a custom JSON object.
