Stape Care is a subscription-based service where Stape’s tracking experts handle your website’s tracking setup instead of you. Whether you're struggling with GA4, Meta CAPI, TikTok, or offline conversions, Stape Care ensures everything runs smoothly. Focus on growing your business instead of debugging your GTM configuration.
What does Stape Care do?
- Initial audit: full review of your GTM + sGTM configuration.
- Ongoing monitoring: stay alerted to any issues or failures.
- Tracking optimization: align your setup with industry best practices.
- Expert consultations: up to 6 hours/month of 1:1 time with tracking pros.
- Event management: add, fix, or update tracking events as needed.

- Exclusive beta access: try new Stape features before public release.

Pricing
Stape Care pricing depends on your container’s subscription level. Plans start at $300/month and scale based on complexity, with faster response times and more monthly consultation hours at higher tiers. See detailed pricing. Please note that Stape Care and Stape hosting are different services and require separate subscriptions.
Important! Stape Care subscription includes auditing and optimization of your existing tracking stack. Setting up additional destination platforms will require additional payment. Feel free to request a quote here.
How to start
1. Go to your container settings in your Stape account and click Get Stape Care.

2. Click Add next to the Stape Care feature.

3. Wait for Stape to reach you, or contact Stape Care with your request via the User Space.

4. Discuss your questions and details with your dedicated tracking specialist, and share with them access to your tracking containers / platforms that you wish Stape to manage.
5. Sit back and let the experts handle the rest.
