Consent Parser variable

The Consent Parser variable, developed by Stape, helps you decode and understand the complex consent strings used in Google Consent Mode v2. By translating these encoded signals on your server, you can ensure that your tracking tags accurately reflect user choices in real time.

This variable performs one essential action: 

• Consent Decoding. It automatically captures the “gcd” parameter from incoming web requests or event data and decodes it into a clear, readable format that other tags in your server container can understand.
