TikTok Events API
TikTok Events API tag for the server Google Tag Manager container allows sending standard events, event parameters, user data (email, phone number, user ID, user IP, and user agent), properties, and objects.
Tag automatically transforms required data to lowercase and hash using SHA256.
It is required to have a TikTok developers account and API Access token to set up TikTok Events API. From our experience, it takes around two days to get approved for the TikTok developers account and create Access Token.
