Where to find Lead and Schedule events
This guide explains what Lead and Schedule events mean in Setup Assistant.
What are Lead and Schedule events?
On the third step of the Setup Assistant configuration, you can optionally add the URL of “thank you pages” that users get to after they fill out the lead form (field Lead event “Thanks you” page URL) and/or schedule a call (field Schedule event “Thanks you” page URL).
Use the following format:
https://yourdomain.com/thank-you-page
Note: If you don’t need to track some of these events, you can leave the field blank.
This data will be used to create triggers for the tags, so you can calculate the number of leads that filled out the form and/or scheduled a call.

This configuration will be helpful for lead generation agencies or any website that has a marketing flow that includes user interactions, such as contacting company representatives or submitting forms (e.g., contact or feedback forms).
What if there is no “thank-you” page?
If your website uses forms or call scheduling options but does not direct users to a separate “thank-you” page after submission (e.g., only displaying a confirmation pop-up on the same page), these interactions cannot be tracked. This is because a thank-you page view is a required parameter for the trigger.
Please ask your developers to create a separate thank-you page.
