All about Standard account

What is a Standard account?

The Standard account is the main way you interact with most of Stape’s features. Only this type of account allows you to create sGTM containers and Gateways. The billing information is also added through the Standard account.

Overview of the Standard account pages

Dashboard

Here you can see all of the information about your Standard account summed up:

• Recent sGTM containers (you can connect a new container by clicking Create container.)
• Recent gateways (you can create a new gateway by clicking Create gateway and selecting gateway type.)
• Latest articles and guides.

sGTM

Created sGTM containers will appear on this page. You can click on a container’s name to open its settings. You can also connect a new container here by clicking Create container.

Signals Gateways

Created Signals Gateways will appear here. You can click on a gateway’s name to open its settings. You can also create a new gateway by clicking Create Signals Gateway.

More Gateways

Under the More Gateways tab, you’ll find several additional Gateway options:

• TikTok eAPIG
• Snap CAPIG

Meta CAPIG

This page shows your created Meta CAPI Gateway containers. You can click on a gateway’s name to open its settings. You can also add new gateways here by clicking Create Gateway.

Google Tag

This is a dedicated page for your Google Tag gateways. You can click on a gateway’s name to open its settings. You can also add new Google Tag gateways here by clicking Create Gateway.

TikTok eAPIG

This a dedicated page for your TikTok Events API gateways. You can click on a gateway’s name to open its settings. You can also add new gateways here by clicking Create Gateway.

Snap CAPIG

This a dedicated page for your Snapchat CAPI gateways. You can click on a gateway’s name to open its settings. You can also add new gateways here by clicking Create Gateway.

Billing

Here you can view and edit the billing information you provided to Stape, your subscriptions, and invoice history.

Additional settings

Click on your account name in the upper right corner to access additional settings.

• Support - contains links to helpful resources (HelpDesk knowledgebase, Stape Community, and Stape services’ Status page.)
• Account settings - this menu allows you to edit your password, email, and personal information; configure two-factor authentication; share access to your containers and gateways; review your account’s activity history; convert your Standard account into an Agency account or delete it.
• Stape Academy - a series of video step-by-step guides leading you through all the aspects and nuances of configuring and using Stape, along with server-side tracking manuals.
• Workspaces - here you can switch between Stape workspaces available to you.
• Sign out.
