How to fix the error Loader 404 (Not Found)

Sometimes you may see a 404 error while loading gtag.js, while GTM loads without errors.

This may indicate:

• A problem with the generated code.
• A problem with the GA4 property.

Solution:

Try checking the code and testing with another GA4 ID. If the problem persists, contact Google support.
