We always strive to assist you as soon as possible, but occasionally, wait times may increase due to high workload. In such cases, accounts with different subscription plans may experience differences in response times.
In our Service-level agreement, you can find more details about our support availability rules and the correlation between account level and maximum response time.
Types of help that we provide
Our support team can help you with GTM server hosting issues, your Stape account issues, and questions about our custom tags, but we cannot provide any support beyond that.
