How to fix claim account 404 error

On the Meta side, when you start using Stape you can claim the account connection. When you click Claim account, you should be redirected to stape.io to log in.

However, if you select the wrong platform, you may be redirected to a non-existent hub page, resulting in a 404 error.

Solution:

Make sure you choose the correct platform when linking accounts. If you still encounter difficulties, feel free to contact support at support@stape.io.
